IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If your product becomes defective during its warranty period, with proof of purchase we will replace it or repair it (depending on the manufacturer's specifications) at no cost to you. If your product is not defective, we will only accept returns within 14 days of your original receipt, in "new" condition and in original packaging unopened. Items that can be tampered with such as nutrients, pH adjusters, cloning gels, beneficial insects and pesticides do not qualify for returns. We reserve the right to refuse any return that looks used or opened. Used merchandise, unless defective and within the manufacturer's warranty period, will not be accepted for return.
ONLINE SHIPPING PROCEDURE
All orders are shipped with your privacy in mind. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and will take 5 business days to be delivered, but we will notify you if there is a delay or problem, such as back orders from the manufacturer. Any fees that are incurred during shipping due to mis-information resulting from a customers' typographical error or omission of information will be subsequently charged to the customer. For instance, omission of an apartment number, a typographical error on the zip code, or forgetting to put: St., Ave., Pkwy. etc. will be subject to a charge for re-delivery. All shipping quotes are for UPS ground or USPS economy. Bulky or heavy purchases, pallets and large items such as trays, systems, etc. will be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer (unless other shipping methods are requested and extra costs incurred are paid for).
All shipping quotes are for the Continental U.S only. When paying by Credit Card, the shipping address must be verifiable with the issuing bank of the card. If it is not, ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS if it can be verified as legitimate by the issuing bank. To add an alternative address (very easy) call issuing card company BEFORE processing order. PO Boxes do not qualify for shipping destinations.
Any orders that are cancelled by the customer will incure a 20% restocking fee, customer will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred for items that have shipped and the cost to have them returned to our warehouse and will receive a STORE CREDIT. Items that can be tampered with such as nutrients, pH adjusters, cloning gels, and pesticides do not qualify for returns on cancelled orders once shipped.
ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED
It is important that you inspect any shipped item for damage upon delivery.
If your package arrives and looks to have been tampered with or damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT IT! Immediately notify UPS that you are refusing the package and give it back to the driver. Damages that occur during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping company. Please do not wait to report damage during shipping!
We cannot accept returns on ANY broken merchandise including nutrient bottles, lamps or glass that are cracked/broken after delivery has been completed. Please check your package thoroughly to ensure that it has arrived intact.

Please call or email regarding any product queries first. Non-Defective items: In order to qualify, items must have been purchased within 14 days of arrival date ONLY. If the item/s is unopened and not damaged, you will receive a STORE CREDIT for purchase price minus 20% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for safe return of product and shipping charges to and from New Age Gardens. Special order items do not qualify for returns. When you purchase a product under warranty online it is important that you print a copy of your receipt to maintain for your records. All warranties are given by the product manufacturer only. New Age Gardens accepts no responsibility or liability, expressed, or otherwise stated for any manufacturer's warranty. In the interests of limiting fossil fuel emissions from undue shipping distances we ask that you contact the manufacturer or distributor (whose site is linked to each product) first for warranty claims. In the unlikely event that you are unable to contact the manufacturer, you must first call 828-299-9989 to receive the manufacturers contact info and finally an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If this number is not written on the box, we will not accept delivery of the package.
